We are seeking a talented tax Associate (2-5 years of experience) to join our expanding Tax Group. This role offers the chance to work directly with a diverse range of clients on complex and meaningful matters, while contributing to a collaborative, service-driven team. If you are motivated, curious, and eager to build a thriving practice within a forward-thinking firm, we’d love to hear from you.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Corporate tax planning, including reorganizations and restructuring
- Tax aspects of corporate and commercial transactions
- Trust, estate, and personal tax planning
**How You’ll Be a Great Fit For This Role**
- A client-centered approach, with excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Strong analytical and drafting skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, a problem-solving attitude, and a high degree of responsibility;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to build a long-term practice; and
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collegial team.
