We are looking to hire a trustworthy and reliable Pool Technician to service and maintain our customers' swimming pools. As a Pool Technician, your duties will include driving to the customers' location, opening and closing pools, adding chemicals to the swimming pool water, as well as vacuuming and cleaning the pool. General repairs such as finding and repairing leaks, faulty equipment and sand changes will also be required.

To ensure success as a Pool Technician, you must be able work independently and in a team situation, you should have knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance, be able to work with hazardous chemicals, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

**Pool Service Technician Responsibilities**:

- Driving the company vehicle to customer’s location.
- Opening/Closing Pools
- Weekly Pool Maintenance
- Maintaining equipment and chemical stock levels in the vehicle.
- Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to the swimming pool.
- Cleaning swimming pool using authorized equipment.
- Fixing cracks or leaks in the swimming pool structure.
- Finding and repairing pipes and plumbing for spas and pools.
- Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment.
- Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management.
- Lifting up to 75lbs.

**Pool Service Technician Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- Previous experience as a Pool Technician.
- Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods.
- Extensive knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties.
- Knowledge of plumbing and equipment repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions.
- Professional appearance.
- A G Driver’s License

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
