**The Opportunity**

We are seeking one (1) Animal Nutrition Food Preparer who will be under supervision and will prepare and provide animal diets for a diverse collection of animals as directed. This includes ensuring supplies, inventory, equipment and facilities are maintained in good order according to quality standards of cleanliness, animal food preparation, and food hygiene that meet or exceed accredited zoological practices.

**Qualifications Required**
- A high school diploma and/or GED equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Basic technology and computer skills.
- Some experience performing general labour and operational experience; a demonstrated interest in the zoo industry or previous food preparation experience is considered an asset.
- Previous experience working in teams and dealing with internal customers.
