*Duties:
The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the licensed child care center. They must provide leadership that is consistent with the philosophy of the child care center, and in keeping within the policies and procedures of the Agency. The child care center supervisor is also responsible for program planning, working effectively with staff, working with families and children, financial management, and liaison with governing agencies such as Ministry and Public Health. As well as manage and supervise a team of employees - Communicate effectively with team members and families, payroll, documenting and compliance.

*Qualifications* - Experience in team management and as a Childcare Supervisor
- Strong communication skills - Proficient in phone etiquette - Prior experience in Childcare administration is a must

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
