**Clinic Overview**

Parsa Wellness Clinic is a physician-led, multidisciplinary clinic located at the border of North and West Vancouver. We offer a modern and collaborative care environment that blends medical, aesthetic, and allied health services. Our integrated approach includes family medicine, pain management, IV therapy, cosmetic injectables, and preventive care programs.

The clinic uses TELUS CHR EMR and provides physicians with full administrative, billing, and marketing support in a professional, team-based setting. We are committed to helping providers deliver exceptional care without the burden of clinic operations.

**Role Description**

We are looking for a Family Physician to join our collaborative team at Parsa Wellness Clinic. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, flexibility, and continuity of care in a private, team-based environment.

You will build and manage your own patient panel while benefiting from internal referrals, full administrative support, and access to a wide range of in-house services. The position is focused on longitudinal family medicine, with the option to tailor your clinical approach to include preventive care or areas of special interest.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive, longitudinal family medicine care
- Conduct routine assessments, manage chronic disease, and support preventive health
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using TELUS CHR
- Collaborate with MOAs and allied providers for coordinated care
- Participate in team-based discussions and quality improvement (as desired)
- MD with CCFP designation (or equivalent)
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable working independently in a private split-based model
- Interest in integrative care or aesthetics is an asset but not required
- New grads and returning physicians are welcome to apply

**Compensation & Support**

This is a private fee-for-service position with a split-based model. You’ll work as an independent contractor and have full control over your schedule and patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $240,000.00-$360,000.22 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
