The Procurement Analyst will be the one of the primary global buyers responsible for ensuring all new supplier and purchase requests are processed in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). They will own the implementation projects and administration of the procurement systems, and assist with analysis and reporting against KPIs, SLAs and key metrics.
**_ Duties/Responsibilities:_**
- Primary point of contact for procurement function for the company, handling purchasing responsibility for the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
- Ensure that internal functional reviews (security, legal, finance, marketing, IT, as applicable) have been completed.
- Manage implementation projects for our procurement systems and ongoing system administration.
- Monitor our procurement systems to ensure timely processing of requests.
- Work with SVP and Associate Procurement Analyst to develop and refine the procurement processes and standard operating procedures by gathering user feedback and identifying any problems or gaps within the current process.
- Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and various stakeholders
- Primary responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions into our front-end workflow tool (Zip) and procure to pay system of record, Coupa.
- Ensure and maintain compliance with procurement and accounting standards.
- Work with finance to ensure spend has been budgeted and is coded correctly.
- Ensure all required approvals are obtained for New Suppliers and Purchase requests.
- Assist and take the lead for procurement reporting on areas such as open purchase requisitions, open purchase orders. spend analytics, and upcoming vendor/supplier renewals.
- Assist with completion of customer purchase process questionnaires and audits.
**_Required Skills/Abilities:_**
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to track multiple requests and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Strong technical skills and ability to help implement and maintain key procurement systems.
- Customer focused and responsive to customer requests.
- Analytical with ability to help prepare procurement reports and track Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and performance metrics.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues as required.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous technical experience and analytical experience is a plus
- Demonstrates UserTesting's values through work product and within day to day team interactions.
- Aspirations to continue career development, including taking on more responsibilities as the business requires.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or previous experience with analytical systems or technical tasks.
- 2 to 4 years of prior procurement experience.
- Procurement systems (Coupa, Zip) experience a strong plus.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
