Personal Trainer/Social Media Creator at Peak Fitness Management

Peak Fitness Management is an Independent Personal Training Collective looking for an energetic and motivated trainer, with a keen interest in creating social media content, to join our team.

Peak Fitness management is based out of Rep1 facility in the heart of Kitsilano on Broadway and Blenheim. We work with a large variety of clients ranging from young athletes, rehabilitation cases and elderly clients alongside the general population. We are looking for a trainer with a wide range of skills but also the desire to grow and improve from those around them.

The position is a combination of trainer and media creator broken into potential of 10-20hrs a week of Personal Training with the media aspect based on media posts created and commission on brought in revenue.
- Design and instruct specific and motivational 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 Personal Training Sessions
- Record sessions completed so that other trainers can follow on training plans should clients be shared
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings
- Attend bi-weekly individual performance meeting
- Create 3+ social media posts per week
- Create a monthly Newsletter on all things Peak Fitness Management

**Qualifications**:

- Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
- Experience in creating social media content
- University Degree (Prefered)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
