**Position Summary**

We are looking for professional and safety-oriented Class 1 LCV Owner/ Operators. Operates an LCV that transports cargo to and from specified locations on time and according to schedule. Role involves adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring the timely delivery of cargo to its destination.
- **Edmonton to Calgary**
- **Weekly shifts: 4 to 5 trips a week**

**What you will do**
- Operates vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all DOT and company safety regulations.
- Conducts routine inspections prior to departure to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Manages appropriate cargo documentation and provides necessary paperwork upon the delivery of goods.
- Coordinates the loading and unloading of the truck, verifying cargo and ensuring items are properly stored and secured.
- Maintains contact with dispatcher to provide status updates, clarify special instructions, and notify about delays or issues during transport.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Possess in continuous good standing, a valid Alberta issued Class 1 license
- Clean 5 years Commercial driving abstract (no more than 3 demerits and 3 negative events)
- Minimum 3+ years of Highway and Winter driving experience required
- Minimum 1 year of LCV experience required
- Capable of performing all aspects of the job function for which you are applying
- Load Securement
