Job Requirements
- Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certification required.
- Fall Arrest and Elevated Work Platform tickets are preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid class 5 Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract required.
- Knowledge of the principles of electricity, circuitry, and power distribution systems.
- Competent in the use of hand and power tools and test equipment.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Ability to conduct work while standing, bending, crawling, lifting, climbing, pulling, and reaching.
- Ability to conduct work in confined spaces, on ladders and/or aerial platforms and comfortable working from heights.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High attention to detail and take pride in workmanship.
- In town work - usually Monday to Friday shifts

Action Electrical offers:

- Competitive Wages - Journeyman base rate of $38.00/hr.
- 1st year - $19.00/hr.
- 2nd year - $22.80/hr.
- 3rd year - $26.60/hr.
- 4th year - $30.40/hr.
- Vacation/general holiday pay of 11% (not included in above rate)
- Benefit Plan after 90-day period (approximately $0.63/hr. not included in the above rate)

- Option to enroll in RRSP Matching Program after 90-day period (approximately $0.60/hr. not included in the above rate)
