**Key Responsibilities**
- Offer in-home and virtual Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology services.
- Perform wellness assessments to analyze body composition, cardiopulmonary aerobic capacity, and muscular endurance. Identify areas of weakness that could lead to future injuries.
- Provide personalized exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle counselling based on individual wellness assessments.
- Conduct assessments to pinpoint patients' physical problems and devise individualized treatment plans.
- Administer hands-on therapy to patients using various techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for ongoing rehabilitation.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Research, create, and update clinic resources related to health and well-being, including training, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, and nutrition.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree in Kinesiology (MKin) or Applied Exercise Physiology Equivalent.
- Registered Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CEP).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- First aid and CPR are required.
**Preferred**:
- Health Coaching certificate or experience.
- Chronic Pain Management Experience.
- Alberta Kinesiology Association - Professional Kinesiologist (PKin).
