**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. As a Laborer, you will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and commitment to quality are essential. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on site.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks on time and with high quality.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors
- A valid driver’s license

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
