**Office Admin**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting customers in the storefront with product knowledge quoting.
- Arrange and follow up meetings with builders and contractors.
- Maintaining a presentable showroom.
- Ordering from suppliers, collecting orders when needed.
- Maintain HR and Health & Safety policies/system
- Bookkeeping
- Taking care of online marketing, company website.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Must be able to maintain a professional attitude and presentation
- Should have experience with invoices and preliminary quoting
- Ideal to have experience with contracts and bidding on jobs
- Must be able to schedule manufacturing and production
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Needs a good grasp of measurements and mathematics
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Is creative and open-minded
- Able to pursue growth and learning
**Job Requirements**:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- A university degree or completion of a college program relevant to the admin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
