**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts and solutions
- Utilize Solidworks, Revit and AutoCAD software to produce detailed drawings and documentation
- Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
- Prepare code and bylaw reviews in accordance with the Ontario Building Code and applicable municipal bylaws
- Conduct site visits to gather information for projects
- Assist in the coordination of construction documents for commercial construction projects

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in Revit for drafting and design purposes
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- Ability to present ideas effectively to team members and clients
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Leadership skills to coordinate tasks within a team environment
- Experience in commercial construction projects is desirable

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
