Some of what you will do:
Supports day to day store communications which includes ensuring stores are customer ready, prepared for promotions and equipped to drive core metrics for the business. Streamlines communication to ensure consistent execution across 305 stores by leveraging planning tools and task-based communication platforms. Works cross functionally to assist in the creation of sales and customer experience driving tools and initiatives including playbooks, breakroom boards, flyer and various internal microsites.

**Specifically, You Will**:

- Assessing message content as submitted by various departments/individuals throughout Home Office.
- Responsible for proofing and editing messages for clarity and accuracy when coaching authors on protocol and message content.
- Organizing daily communications and strategizing their release using our communication channels.
- Assessing, organizing and coordinating executable items for store associates.
- Support execution for 305 stores and provide follow-up and reporting on exceptions.
- Collaboration with internal partners company-wide to consult and coach on program launches or major initiatives and related communications to the field.Assist in the analysis of various data sets including operational metrics, customer experience, sales incentive and associate selling successes and opportunities.

**Some of what you need**:

- Post secondary qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
