**What You'll Bring**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project / program management in both Agile and PDLC with 8 years of delivery experience
- Expert knowledge of agile principles and methodology, with extensive experience working in an agile organization. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred
- Demonstrated planning and implementation experience
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships and cross functional alignment
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and make sound decisions in a time sensitive and thoughtful manner
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently organize, plan, prioritize and problem solve
- Experience using PPM tools, Jira, Rally, Confluence, MS Office and Visio
- PMP designation and Agile SAFe certifications are preferred

**Impact You'll Make**:
Reporting to the Head of the ePMO, the Agile Portfolio Manager is responsible for running the end to end Portfolio Management process using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices. The position will play a crucial role in ensuring all portfolio investments are aligned to TransUnion Canada business strategy and meet short/long term business needs and value expectations.

The Agile Portfolio Manager will partner with the Agile CoE, Technology, Product, Info Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other key stakeholders. Additionally, the position will set standards and best practices for Portfolio Management and Program Delivery Support. The Agile Portfolio Manager will have the opportunity to identify continuous improvements and effect change in the organization.

**What you will do**:

- Own and drive the Portfolio Management process for TransUnion Canada using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices
- Partner, collaborate and coordinate with RTE and ART members to drive portfolio level activities including in-take and decision gates
- Run the Portfolio Planning Committee (PPC) review of Agile Concepts and Lean Business Cases for new initiative (Epic) requests and manage the Portfolio Operations Synch
- Facilitate the Strategic Portfolio Review with the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) team to review, approve and prioritize initiatives
- Assess and report the health of initiative deliveries with objectivity, accuracy and transparency
- Implement and monitor Portfolio KPIs to ensure benefits are being realized
- Develop and maintain Portfolio Management standards and best practices including: Governance & Control; Resource Management and Financial Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Program Delivery Support standards and best practices including: Methodology; Tools; Communications & Change Management; Capabilities & Training and Delivery Services
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of ePMO processes and practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
