**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Operate suspended work platforms (swing stage), aerial lifts, access equipment.
- Operate light to medium duty machinery.
- Operate/drive commercial vehicles (G License)
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in restoration industry required (concrete work, masonry, caulking, waterproofing)
- Familiarity with hand tools, machinery and access equipment/
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including occasional lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $34.00-$44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
