**What You’ll Do**:
- **Payroll Processing**: Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Invoice Management**: Prepare, send, and track invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
- **Office Coordination**: Oversee office supplies, maintain schedules, and coordinate meetings or appointments.
- **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial and employee data.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide support to staff and management, including preparing reports, organizing files, and assisting with special projects.
- **Customer Service**: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in payroll systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
