PRB is looking for an Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

The CSA will perform various administrative, organizational, and executive support duties, requiring flexibility with assignments and the ability to work with a geographically dispersed team of professionals. The CSA is responsible for all transactions within the ERP and Fulfillment system, managing and tracking inventory across multiple channels, wholesale distribution, and inventory accuracy in the warehouse while providing effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technically and non-technically. The successful individual must have exceptional time-management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

This position is for an in-person role, with the potential to move to a hybrid of in-office and remote working, based out of Yaletown, Vancouver. The CSA will report directly to the President (in Vancouver) and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing (in the Toronto area).

**Responsibilities**

**Shipping/Receiving Management**:

- Oversee all offsite inbound and outbound shipments to meet internal and external customer requirements
- Ensure all shipments are documented and recorded correctly
- Responsible for shipping schedule and adherence
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies as required

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse, the ERP system, and all related transactions
- Oversight of all offsite inbound and outbound transfers.

**Decision Making**:

- Works independently with mínimal supervision
- Supports and liaisons with all staff regularly as required

**Interaction**:

- Customer focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

Other ad hoc tasks include supporting other administrative personnel.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative environment
- Strong data management skills
- Keen attention to detail, a forward-thinking mindset, and strong English communication skills
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook) with an aptitude to learn new software quickly
- Multitasking ability, works in a well-organized manner, strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to build trusting relationships, exhibits exceptional service orientation
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
