**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about the food industry.

**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with food handling tasks, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
