**We are looking for a talented individuals for in-person tutoring at UBCO in the areas of Physics, Calculus and Computer Science.**

We are looking for passionate, driven, knowledgeable people to partner with us and put our students on the road to success.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable tutors to **travel to students’ homes** in your neighborhood and **online** for **one-on-one tutoring** which involves clarifying and teaching **science [or specifically biology/chemistry/physics]** concepts aligned with what students are learning in school. Tutors also assess student understanding knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis.

We are looking for tutors who **care** about our students’ progress and who can mentor and support them in developing a **positive relationship with learning.**

**Qualifications**: (some or all)
- Previous tutor or teaching experience considered an asset
- Must have reliable transportation to tutoring sessions
