ETHOS Career Management Group Ltd. is currently recruiting Career Development professionals with job placement experience for Sub-Contractor work in Penticton. As a member of the WSBC Provider Network, the ETHOS Job Search Support Sub-Contractor will be providing individualized services for resume and cover letter development (6 hours), job search skills (15 hours), and individualized job placement support (30 hours over 8 weeks).
- Post-Secondary Degree in a related discipline, CCDP certification is an asset
- Minimum 2 years directly related experience in the provision of job search skills, resume and cover letter preparation, and job placement services

OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- One of the following designations is considered an asset: RRP or RVP; CVP or MCVP; CRC/CCRC;
- Relevant Experience must be within the past 5 years
- Must have a valid Driver’s License (Or ability to reach the designated meeting sites)
