We're looking to hire a Deal Desk Specialist to help us accelerate our revenue growth.
**What You'll Own**:
- Optimizing deal execution, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring revenue integrity
- Streamline the contracting and approval processes that make both our customers and finance team happy
- Support on building pricing and deal structures, that transform complex negotiations into win-win scenarios
- Drive our deals to closure with lightning speed (90% approved within 24-48 hours)
- Champion compliance while maintaining our competitive edge
- Partner with our revenue teams to hit both net new and renewal targets

**You'll Excel in This Role if You Have**:
- HubSpot CRM expertise that makes dealing with complex workflows feel like a walk in the park
- A sharp understanding of SaaS pricing models and revenue operations
- Proven experience in deal structuring and negotiation support
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and process improvement
- The ability to see around corners and anticipate challenges before they arise
- Experience turning contract complexity into customer-friendly solutions
- Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience thriving in high-growth SaaS environments
- A track record of building and implementing process improvements
**What Success Looks Like in this Role**:
- You'll be the MVP who keeps deals moving, ensuring quotes are spot-on the first time
- Your strategic insights will help shape our pricing and revenue strategies
- You'll build strong partnerships across sales, CS, finance, and legal teams
- Your data-driven approach will optimize our deal processes and improve forecasting accuracy
