**Job Description**:
**We are looking for an organized and passionate **_Programs Coordinator Intern _**to join our impact-driven, women-led team at BridgingTheGap Ventures.**
This role is for you if you
- Love event management from start to finish—the research, planning, execution and wrap-up—for both in-person and virtual activations of all sizes
- Are a logistics whiz and thrive on planning and managing the many moving parts involved in virtual and in-person event planning
- Strive to deliver a high-quality event experience every time without exception and aren’t fazed—in fact, you’re excited and come alive—by high-pressure situations, tight deadlines and last-minute changes
- Are eager to research, organize and utilize information and data
- Believe in the power of youth leadership and want to bridge opportunity gaps to foster greater inclusion and celebrate their lived experience
- Are an action-oriented lifelong learner who wants to contribute toward building a more sustainable world together
**Responsibilities**
- Plan in-person and virtual BridgingTheGap programming year-round—considering topic needs, reviewing and creating session outlines, and identifying partners, speakers and topics that are a fit
- Maintain spreadsheets and other collected information for present and future utilization
- Communicate with partners and speakers to receive and provide logístical information in a timely manner
- Schedule events based on topic needs, capacity and existing schedules of the BridgingTheGap team as well as external stakeholders
- Facilitate in-person and virtual programming (i.e. workshops, fireside chats, interactive panels, breakout sessions, festivals, etc.)
- Manage and provide direction to on-site staff when supporting with in-person events
- Report on event analytics and utilize data to inform decisions and future event strategies
- Stay up-to-date on event and programming trends and best practices to ensure efficient planning, strong execution and the best experience for participants
- Work closely with the BridgingTheGap team to strategize and gather feedback, as well as contribute to larger organizational goals

**Requirements**:
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Proven experience in conducting research and displaying information for current or future reporting, including spreadsheet management
- Experience developing and facilitating programming (i.e. workshops, seminars, breakout sessions, community activities, etc.) and/or supporting event logistics for in-person or virtual events is a benefit
- Impeccable organizational skills while also able to adjust, pivot and creatively problem-solve independently
- Ability and interest to effectively source high-quality speakers and partners on regional and global levels
- Ability to effectively leverage event and programming trends to inform decisions, methods and planning that goes into BridgingTheGap in-person and virtual events
- Incredible attention-to-detail—rarely do errors or omissions happen
- Strong communication skills, ensuring the ongoing and transparent flow of communication with fellow team members regarding project status updates, questions and feedback
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily manage multiple projects at the same time without getting overwhelmed
- Ability to manage own time and perform under tight deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Always take initiative and be solution-oriented
- Effectively work both independently and as part of a team, based on project needs
