- time **Pay** : $35K-55K/year **Vacancy** NRK is a comprehensive Mechanical Construction and project management firm which has been in business for over 35 years. NRK is seeking a results-oriented Mechanical Construction Project Co-ordination with Estimation back ground to join their team. **Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As our Mechanical Estimator / CAD Drafter, **you must have**:

- A college diploma/university degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field experience;
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as an estimator/ Construction Project Co-ordination or in a similar role is an advantage;
- An understanding of construction bidding and tender process, as well as an overall knowledge of HVAC & plumbing products;
- Experience with building envelope systems and their related materials, components and systems;
- The ability to interpret construction documents and specifications, knowledge of local Building Codes;
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft products;
- An outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Superior organization and work ethic;
- Professional demeanor and appearance;
- Excellent fluency in English and French is an asset.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required education:

- Diploma/Certificate/ Degree in Mechanical field

Required experience:

- Construction: 2 years

Required license or certification:

- Driver's License G

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
