**What You’ll Do**
- Manage recruitment, interviewing and selection of employees
- Oversee the onboarding of new hires and the training of all employees
- Prepare all hiring, transfer, and termination documentation
- Plan for future hiring needs and in partnership with leadership, develop succession plans
- Continuously improve & implement employee training, ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Manage employee complaints and incidents, including conflict resolution, accidents, health and safety concerns, and investigations
- Provide leadership and coaching to managers on key workplace matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, difficult conversations and employee development
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete personnel records
- Review and develop policies & procedures and ensure compliance with current legislative and internal requirements
- Advise employees and managers on the interpretation of human resources policies and compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment and occupational health and safety legislation
- Manage WSIB claims and return to work programs
- Compile payroll data such as wage increases, bonuses and garnishments
- Respond to employee and government agency inquiries
- Manage employee performance evaluations
- Oversee annual employee layoffs in collaboration with the Location Managers
- Complete annual projects as assigned and agreed upon with the Director Team
- Participate in annual location staffing/budget meetings
- Bi-monthly visits to all Pride Marine Group locations in Ontario
- All other duties as assigned
**What We’d Like From You**
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Human Resources required
- Experience utilizing an HRIS system required
- 4+ years experience in an HR Generalist or HR Management role preferred
- CHRP designation considered an asset
- Experience utilizing Google Suite considered an asset
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
