Afterhours Tracing

We are currently hiring an Afterhours Customs & tracing Coordinator to support our operations outside of regular business hours. This role focuses on tracking and tracing shipments, managing customs clearance processes, and communicating with customers, brokers, and drivers to ensure timely and smooth freight movement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses using internal systems and portals
- Prepare and submit customs documentation (ACE/ACI) for cross-border loads
- Coordinate with customs brokers, border officials, and drivers to handle clearance issues
- Provide afterhours support to customers and drivers regarding load status and documentation
- Report any delays, issues, or exceptions to the day operations team
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities and communications during your shift

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience in customs clearance, load tracking, or transportation operations
- Working knowledge of ACE/ACI systems and cross-border freight procedures
- Strong communication skills, especially with customers, brokers, and drivers
- Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently during evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience using dispatch or TMS systems is an asset but not required

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
