Dental Receptionist

We are seeking an organized and patient-focused **Dental Receptionist** to join our team in West Vancouver on a **full-time basis**
We are a modern, boutique clinic located in a well-established community, right next to the beach in West Vancouver. As a fully equipped dental office designed for patient comfort and offering a comprehensive list of treatments, our goal is to enhance the patient experience by providing them with high quality service and care in a friendly and welcoming environment.

**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday per month.
- Up to 35 hours per week.
- No evenings
**What we are looking for**:
- **Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service role**:
- Experience as a Dental Administrator/Receptionist is preferred
- Completion of a Dental Receptionist course or certificate is considered an asset
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and families
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service mindset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
