**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain **water quality** in hot tubs, ensuring proper chemical balance and cleanliness.
- Perform **regular maintenance checks** and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Drive to multiple locations in **various weather conditions** to service hot tubs.
- Provide **exceptional customer service** and communicate with clients as needed.
- Keep **accurate and legible records** of maintenance and service tasks.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- **Customer service experience** with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Comfortable **working outdoors** in all weather conditions.
- Ability to **work independently** and manage time effectively.
- Strong **attention to detail** to ensure accurate water testing and maintenance.
- Ability to **maintain clear and legible paperwork**.
- **Valid driver's license** required for travel between job sites.
