**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and monitor press machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Set up and adjust machinery according to specifications for various production runs.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products within the warehouse.
- Assist in packaging and preparing products for shipment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
