We are currently looking for a full time MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR/SCHEDULER for our London Office location
Reporting to the owner you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Develop, maintain, track, and schedule residential and commercial maintenance contracts
- Scheduling of Technicians
- Daily invoicing, balancing and payment processing
- Promoting and selling My Fireplace/COAD services and products
- Maintaining the company business standards as related to your position at all times
- Handling customer calls in a fast, efficient and professional manner
- New Equipment Warranty registration
- Consistent achievement of company and personal goals in key performance areas
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Energy and a consistently positive attitude
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Exceptional computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
