**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Duties**:

- Welcome and check guests in/out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in Opera Cloud PMS.
- Process reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and posting charges.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Night Audit Duties**:

- Balance and reconcile daily guest and non-guest accounts.
- Prepare and distribute end-of-day financial and operational reports.
- Verify accuracy of postings, payments, and settlements.
- Ensure all financial data complies with company standards and accounting policies.
- Perform overnight front desk coverage, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

**Bellman Duties**:

- Greet and assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings.
- Escort guests to rooms and provide hotel information and local recommendations.
- Deliver items such as amenities, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
- Provide valet parking services and safely operate guest vehicles (Class 5 driver’s license required).
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with guest transportation requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or bellman/valet experience an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar PMS preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight.
- **Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record.**

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
