The Sourcing Specialist reports to the Manager, Employment Brand and Sourcing.

**Duties**:

- Leverage industry-specific job boards and talent databases that cater to healthcare professionals.
- Participate in online forums, social media groups, and professional associations dedicated to healthcare professionals.
- Attend conferences and recruitment events to build talent pipelines, while tracking key performance indicators to assess the return on investment of events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent sources to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Making recommendations to ensure policies and guidelines remain current for effective strategies.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in recruitment or sourcing techniques are advantageous.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in building talent pipelines and utilizing various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sourcing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies based on data.

**Salary Range**:$38.46 - $48.08 per hour (Level 19)
