**Job Summary**

**Duties**
Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative Al, Agent Assist, bonus if have Voice bot experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Takes initiative and has an analytical mindset, makes data driven decisions, always focused on driving value and elevating the customer experience in the product features being delivered. Good understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in Java, SAFe, Excel, SDLC, Agile methodologies
- Experience in product management, analytics, and sales
- Familiarity with AWS services is a plus

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

**Experience**:

- Product Owner: 5 years (required)
- Virtual Assistants, Chatbots: 4 years (preferred)
- Voice bot: 2 years (preferred)
- Analytical skills: 5 years (preferred)
- Agile & Kanban: 5 years (preferred)
