**Predictable Revenue is a growing sales company headquartered in the Gastown area of Vancouver, BC. Built in partnership with Aaron Ross, author of the award-winning and best-selling book of the same name (Predictable Revenue), we’ve built the Accelerate program to jumpstart companies new to outbound sales and help them build successful teams.**

**Position Role**

As an Implementation Manager, you will be a key member of our sales team. You'll build & optimize the SalesOps and RevOps functions of the Predictable Revenue Pods organization to improve performance and customer experience, and contribute knowledge and expertise in these areas to the coaching organization though client workshops, playbook building, and internal training/support..

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it...):
Pods:

- Increase pods customer lifetime and improve pods performance through the development of a impactful RevOps organization
- Transform the current data team into RevOps experts through training, development, and playbook building
- Build and optimize the ideal sales development toolstack for the pods org through triage of current tools, tool setup and maintenance, and process documentation
- Contribute to pods client implementation as a domain expert by offering advice on content writing, list-builing, market segmentation, and sequence design
- As pods accounts become imminent churn risks, audit current processes and strategies for this account and take action to try to preserve the engagement

**Coaching**:

- Contribute to coaching engagements by delivering key workshops and providing guidance to clients and coaches in the areas of domains & deliverability, tech stack recommendations & implementation, list-building, and SDR training
- Share documentation, playbooks, and how-to videos generated through the development of the pods RevOps organization, to be shared internally and/or externally through the Predictable Revenue methodology
- Deliver client engagements when the client objective is to solve problems in these key areas - to be determined on a case-by-case basis as capacity allows
