At EMC Therapy, we’re a small, passionate team that provides in person rehab therapy services and home healthcare visits. Our team is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our community through providing personalized health services. We are currently expanding our home health services, and we are seeking a Medication Delivery Driver to join our Home Health Team. If you’re driven by a desire to provide personalized care and support to patients in their own homes, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Pick up medication from clinic location at 10am, then deliver to the addresses as instructed
- Some clients may require basic health check ups such as blood pressure monitoring
- Respond to urgent situations with empathy and professionalism, following established protocols
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to support the frail elderly in the community
- Communicate significant changes in patients’ conditions to their healthcare team
- No personal care or assistance with daily activities is required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- A reliable vehicle
- A willingness to complete a reference check
- Health Care Assistant (HCA) or equivalent training preferred but not necessary

**Work Schedule**:

- Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 1pm
- Cover for other days may be needed
