The **Sales & Customer** **Service Coordinator** is a key position in our team and requires strong interpersonal skills, an upbeat personality that thrives in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and a passion for the health and fitness industry. Proven Sales and Customer Service background is a key asset.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests
- Provide information about _powerhaus_ training, products and services offered
- Giving studio tours to prospective members
- Respond promptly to all inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients and prospects
- Manage prospect management process and match each lead’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right training solution.
- Organize client bookings and coordinate scheduling with trainers
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of high-traffic studio areas
- Manage shake and coffee bar
- Participate in our training program, promoting the lifestyle as a powerhaus ambassador

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Customer service / sales experience a must
- Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat, charismatic personality
- Passion for health, fitness, or athletics
- Experience in fitness & health or related industries (leisure, hospitality) an asset
- Confidence communicating on the phone, in writing and in person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
