We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Manager Demand Planning to be accountable for the oversight of the Demand Planning team and the effective management of the Master Planning system. This role partners with key internal stakeholders in the development of product replenishment master plans to effect retail sales of Instant Tickets.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, you will be empowered to:
- Responsible for overseeing the demand plan (incorporating schedules, shipping calendars, inventory etc.) for each instant ticket game driving all order replenishment to retail- Be a strong champion for the Demand planning team and process across the key cross departmental groups within OLG and represent the team in key organizational meetings- Develop and maintain a by-customer, by item demand plan using POS analysis, statistical tools, intelligence gathering and internal/external collaboration- Work closely with Field Sales, Customer Care, Enterprise Analytics and Instant Products & Operations to identify trends and refine the demand plan- Utilize promotional calendar to integrate and administer New Item Introductions to support the monthly launch cadence, and as required for immediate product replacement.- Track performance and provide analysis of actual versus demand plan and use data to refine go-forward plans- Develop and implement action plans for shipping calendar execution in partnership with Field Sales- Review and action KPI's of forecast accuracy and bias, provide analysis and reports with feedback to Enterprise Analytics team, where required, in support of improvement.- Oversee applicable item master and customer data related to supply such as lead times, planned minimum stock coverage levels, order frequency, quantity modifiers, time fence rules with input from Field Sales as required- Assist in the allocation of end of game products in conjunction with Supply Chain leaders- Deliver a strong forecast mindset and champion this throughout stakeholder groups (i.e., Product Teams)- Develop and forge cross-departmental interactions to foster maximal sales revenues- Review and adjust the Demand Planning processes as required in partnership with Director of Supply Chain and key interdepartmental customers and suppliers- Lead and develop a high performing team of senior analysts to drive the daily performance for business objectives, reports, and key performance metrics- Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance and use of the D365 Master Planning settings and processes, partner with Finance Systems team and Service Provider on system upgrades and enhancements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY
- Work Experience: _3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management. Experience developing demand planning processes and demand plans, people leadership experience.
- Education: _University Degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge & Skills: _Knowledge related to Demand Planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP); strong relationship management skills; ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams. Strong quantitative and analytical skills and financial acumen skills. Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to isolate and identify patterns or trends within data elements. Proficient Microsoft Office skills including intermediate to advanced level Excel, and working knowledge of MS Dynamics D365. Understanding of OLG’s business operations (preferred).
