The Short-Term Rental Branch is focused on bringing short-term rental units back into the housing market, helping to create more homes for people. By joining this team, you'll be part of an evolving field with a direct impact on housing availability. **The Role** **Qualifications**: **Education and Experience Requirements** - Secondary school graduation or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year of *related experience. **Related Experience may include** - Experience providing a variety of administrative and financial support services for staff. - Experience working in a fast-paced office setting. Preference may be given to applicants with: - Experience in records management practices, procedures, and systems (such as ARCS/ORCS, EDRMS, TRIM). - Experience with a correspondence tracking systems (such as CLIFF). - Successful completion of post-secondary office administration courses, relevant post-secondary courses or equivalent related training. **About this Position**: This position is based out of the location listed above.
