**Tire Technician Job Description**

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install, balance, and repair tires on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in sales by recommending tire products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

**Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds).
- Willing to train
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Basic sales skills to assist customers in selecting appropriate tire products.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques in tire maintenance.
