**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Ensure all restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitized regularly.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for various cleaning tasks and minor maintenance duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to report any issues or concerns regarding facilities.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas that require additional attention or maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
