- Pathway Health is currently looking for a dynamic Administration Lead to provide support to various parts of the business under the direction of Human Resources and dotted lines into other parts of the business._

**Overview**

The Administration Lead (“AL”) provides administration services as well as functions as the first line of escalation and response to questions and queries from the administration teams within our various locations outlined within the scope of this position.

The description outlines the main responsibilities however the scope of the role will flex based on the evolving needs of the business. All responsibilities identified below are for the Company; however, there may be some crossover related to clinical operating subsidiaries.

This is a new position and will evolve over time - so flexibility is imperative.

**Pathway Health Administration**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide ongoing support to the Leadership team on general administrative functions as assigned
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer pertaining to new acquisitions and the review of the administrative functions within the acquisitions to ensure proper SOP’s are in place to support the function
- Provide general administrative support to HR
- Provide lead support to assigned clinical divisions as indicated below and as new clinical divisions come on board
- Manage the posting of provided social media content, traffic, and user questions for Pathway Health Clinics on designated cycles

**Silver Medical Centre**

Through a patient-centered approach, Silver Pain Centre creates a comprehensive, multidisciplinary plan focused on providing relief from chronic and disease state pain, tailored to the patients’ specific needs.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the administration team as the first point of contact for any questions or assistance the team may need
- Chair weekly admin meetings to cover any changes and encourage open dialogue
- Interface with Corporate for ordering of office and maintenance supplies, products for patients, etc. including coordinating repairs to the Clinic by contractors and the property management Train, with the team all new admin hires
- Coordinate with the team for coverage when someone is away
- Manage admin schedules in Dayforce and approve time away
- Actively work with the MOA’s and Charge Nurse to ensure there are no gaps in patient flow
- Build and maintain relationships with staff, contractors, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Work with the admin team to ensure the maintenance of existing and documentation of all new operational SOP’s to ensure that consistent, efficient workflows are in place, yielding optimal productivity, performance, and patient care
- Assist with the introduction of new private pay procedures/treatments into the clinic with proper SOP’s
- AL will interface with Corporate for ordering of office and maintenance supplies, products for patients, etc. including coordinating repairs to the Clinic by contractors and the property management
- Provide coverage for the admin team with the day-to-day as needed to support the efficient flow of patients
- Adhere to IPAC guidelines by maintaining cleanliness of front desk/waiting area and disinfecting high use areas
- Adhere to all PHIPA requirements to ensure patient confidentiality

**IRP Programs**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills to provide an outstanding experience to everyone who visits the clinic
- Effectively communicate with clients, managers, and coworkers
- Ensure all new employees / consultants are set-up with IT, Medavie - Blue Cross, Jane App., and all other internal systems they require access to
- Process all new referrals, ensuring we have all required information including background medical information from VAC/OHS
- Coordinate with clients about the program process
- Schedule new patients for all assessments and daily program appointments
- Compile, edit and provide all initial, mid and end program assessments to the applicable areas
