**About Us**
Victoria Square Entertainment Centre Ltd. is home to family-friendly attractions including VicSquare MiniGolf, VicSquare Fun Park, Local Weekend Market. We are dedicated to providing fun, safe, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic **Customer** **Experience Supervisor** to support our daily operations and help deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, processing transactions, and explaining services such as birthday parties, corporate bookings, and karaoke.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.
- Assist with social media by creating content (photos, videos, stories) and helping maintain an active online presence.
- Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and find solutions in challenging situations.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

**Technical Skills (Assets)**
- Basic experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Basic photo/video editing skills using mobile apps or desktop tools.
- Ability to learn booking systems and follow operational procedures.
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and standard office software.

**Availability Requirements**
- Must have full availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality.
- Experience assisting with events or parties is an asset.
- Experience managing or creating content for social media is a strong advantage.
