**About the Role**:
Oppono Lending Company is looking for a dedicated and driven **Client Retention Specialist** to join our award-winning team In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for our existing clients, brokers, and lawyers—delivering exceptional service, negotiating mortgage renewals, and identifying refinancing opportunities to drive retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound client communication with professionalism and care
- Review mortgage files and negotiate renewals within company policy
- Support retention through refinancing and eligibility assessments
- Liaise between clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
- Track arrears, establish payment plans, and maintain client reports
- Create presentations and take action on team meeting items

**You Bring**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce is an asset
- Mortgage Agent license (can be obtained once onboarded)

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
