Pro Recreation Management is seeking seasonal Aquatic Supervisors for our private condo and townhouse complexes. Providing supervision, leadership and motivation to our part-time lifeguard employees guiding them to deliver the residents with safe pool experiences this summer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Train lifeguards at their assigned pool facility
- Ensure operating standards are in accordance with Pro Recreation Management’s policies
- Provide direction, supervision and leadership to approximately 15 -30 part-time lifeguards
- Pre-summer facility inspections and meeting with Health Inspectors
- Conducts daily/weekly staff and facility inspections
- Trouble-shoot and problem solve any staff or pool facility issue
- Acts as substitute lifeguard when necessary
- Complete and hand in applicable records and reports
- Provide office with end of season lifeguard evaluations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a minimum 2 years Lifeguarding experience
- Must have a valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
- Must have a current National Lifeguard certification
- Must have access to a reliable car always during the summer
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: One location
