**Duties**
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all items are stored properly after cleaning.
- Help with the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash as required.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant's schedule.
