**Overview**
As a Chimney & Fireplace Technician, you will perform inspections, cleanings, repairs, and installations of chimneys, fireplaces, and venting systems. You'll interact directly with homeowners, ensuring they feel confident about the safety and performance of their systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical skill, problem-solving, and strong customer communication.

**Responsibilities**
- Install and repair various types of fireplaces and chimney systems according to industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively in all tasks.
- Perform masonry work including bricklaying and concrete forming as needed for installations.
- Conduct restoration work on existing fireplace systems to enhance performance and aesthetics
- Execute caulking, painting, concrete finishing, and other finishing tasks to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all phases of the project.

**Skills**
- Experience in chimney, fireplace, HVAC, or duct cleaning trades (preferred, but training provided).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
