triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., Kitchener Campus, is actively seeking a customer service and financial professional for the role of Financial Aid Officer on a 12 month contract.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide financial counselling to students enabling them to obtain educational funding resources. In addition, you will collect tuition and courseware fees as well as maintain student records. A strong background in customer service and sales is essential to success in this position. Collections experience would be an asset.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- 2 to 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience working with student financial aid is considered an asset.
- A strong background in customer service and sales.
- Proficient with MS Office, primarily Word and Excel.

**Hours of Work**:
This position is a full-time opportunity. Hours of work will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, on a 12 month contract.

**Work Location**:
This position will be based out of the Kitchener Campus.

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate.
