**Sales Managers** need to be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Managers are required to not only understand and keep abreast of the federal, provincial, and local regulations that affect their operations, but must also comply with these regulations. Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, direct, lead aspects of the Sales Department operations
- Maintain high profitability in all areas and keep all departmental expenses under strict control
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction.
- Create and develop processes and procedures to improve sales.
- Coaching and training Sales Consultants

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 year Automotive Sales experience** at a Management level
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
- Hyundai experience would be a strong asset
- Valid **OMVIC License in good standing**:

- Strong Customer Service skills, able to solve difficult problems
- Results oriented and accountable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strives in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid drivers license is required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Thornhill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
