Field & Forge Brewing Co., in Innisfail, AB has an exciting opportunity for a Bartender.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pour and serve our products in the taproom
- Ability to answer questions and make recommendations regarding our craft beer selection.
- Be knowledgeable about the craft beer scene and the brewing process to share with customers.
- Surprise and delight guests with craft beer knowledge, unique cocktails, wines and other beverages, while creating a personalized connection.
- Maintain knowledge and strong execution of all beverages.
- Deliver full food and beverage services to guests seated at the bar while offering food and drink pairings.
- Promptly and accurately prepare beverage orders for servers and guests, providing drinks for all guest in house.
- Helping to maintain a clean and organized bar.
- Assist in the daily restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
- Clean glassware and bar area.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with the pubic and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year serving and bartending experience would be an asset.
- Must be passionate about craft beer.
- Hands on working style.
- Basic technical bartending knowledge including craft beer, standard cocktails, and highballs.
- Strong ability to lead conversation in any setting.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling money and giving the correct change.
- Highly organized
- Energetic and position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and make sound judgements with confidence

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
