**Cider Maker (Part-Time, with Growth Opportunity)**

Windfall Cider is seeking a motivated Cider Maker to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers room for growth, with flexible shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The Cider Maker will collaborate closely with the Head Cider Maker and Founder to support the operations of our newly established cidery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule cider production batches
- Coordinate production logistics and liaise with local orchardists and suppliers
- Operate bottling, canning, and kegging lines
- Clean and maintain equipment, including kegs, tanks, and workspaces
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of facilities
- Manage warehousing and stock rotation
- Assist with wholesale deliveries

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience fermenting cider, wine, or beer
- Familiarity with craft beverage production and cellaring techniques
- A passion for craft cider and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- A valid driver’s license (ability to lift up to 25kg)
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Experience in the craft beverage industry is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
